“On the evening prior to our trip’s departure, we received a WhatsApp confirmation message from Rosie stating that our collection would be facilitated at 8.45am from our hotel. Unfortunately, we had still not been collected at 9.00am the next morning, sent several WhatsApp messages to Rosie the acting coordinator for Johns Tours asking why we had not been collected. Rosie replied sending four separate messages then immediately deleting each message. I have no idea why you would send four messages, then delete four messages. “Our guide, Windy, was great. Good english, clear inductions of what to expect, funny. Snorkeling was excellent. Nice to have rest stops on beaches between snorkeling. The company advised us on Saturday that there were a lot of jellyfish in the area and we could go but would not be as good. So we elected to wait until Sunday. And the snorkeling was wonderful. I really appreciated the company's concern for our Safety. communication with the company and with our guide was excellent and prompt. The lunch was very delicious. Good snorkeling equipment and well worth the price.”
