We were taken to the cable car and told a different driver would pick us up. The transport back was 40 minutes after we were told. We then had to swap onto another coach mid journey. The pearl factory was very noisy and hectic and not as informative as the halong bay one. We were there too long but missed out seeing all of the prison.”
